Kevin Golden Continues to Seek Justice for Victims of Video Voyeurism
On February 25,2026, Kevin J. Golden was interviewed by CBS news regarding the arrest of David Garcia Espina who secretly filmed student and staff at Sunset Ridge School in 2020. Kevin represented two teachers in civil lawsuits and achieved settlements for both teachers. On January 30, 2026, Kevin and a victim were interviewed by KX News in North Dakota after the victim had been filmed in the bathroom while staying at the Baymont by Wyndham Hotel in Dickinson, North Dakota. Also, Kevin recently filed a lawsuit against North Shore District 112 where a student was filming staff and fellow students in the restrooms at Edgewood Middle School in Highland Park, Il. Kevin is amending the lawsuit to add the school maintenance company as an additional defendant.
